We only collect personal information (limited to contact numbers, email addresses, names of persons or companies, identity numbers and physical addresses for delivery of images) for the purpose of organising photoshoots, making contact, obtaining consent, delivery, and invoicing.
We do not collect special personal information.
We may also collect information about the pages you view on our website, your IP address, the time and date of your visit, make use of cookies and collect other statistics on our website, this information is not identifiable with any of your personal information.
How we use Information:
By making contact by phone, email or completing our contact form, you consent to our use of your information. We only make use of the information to facilitate our bespoke photography services.
How we protect:
We keep information in a secure back-up not accessible to third-party systems.
We do not distribute your information to any third-party processors, nor do we allow the information to leave the Republic of South Africa.
We have several security measures in place. However, when transmitting personal information over the internet, please bear in mind that no transmission over the internet can ever be guaranteed secure. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the security of any personal information which you transfer over the internet to us.
In the event of any serious breach of our security systems, we will take measures to protect your information and inform you of the breach.
